We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • A clear manufacturing defect is discovered upon delivery.

  • The wrong item or size was sent due to our team’s error.

  • Product is received in damaged condition due to packaging mishandling.

Please note, all return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the product.

  3. Our quality control team will assess your case and respond within 2 working days.

  4. If approved, you’ll receive a replacement product at no additional cost.
